This DVD is for entertainment purposes only. It is not
meant to take the place of classroom and course instruction by a professional
motorcycle riding school which is recommended for every rider regardless of age
and ability prior to attempting to perform the maneuvers in this video. It is
meant to give the serious rider a way to practice their skills to better them.
It is up to the rider to find a safe environment in which to practice these
cone courses, to be in good physical condition, and to have proper safety
equipment on (helmet, boots, long heavy pants and leather jackets and gloves
are a must!) and to have properly working and maintained motorcycle that is
sized and powered correctly on them. Most reputable motorcycle dealers can
advise the rider on which type/style/size bike is best for them. Do not attempt
these maneuvers with anyone riding passenger on motorcycle or standing too
close to the course cones. No minors should be on the course or on the bike! If
by all means you or your bike falls while attempting to do these maneuvers -
seek medical/mechanical help if needed. We assume no responsibility for anyone
attempting these maneuvers for any injury to the riders or bystanders or damage
to the motorcycle or any other vehicles or property. Instructions on the DVD
should be followed as given. Safety precautions should be taken at all times.
If you are unsure of your ability to perform these maneuvers - enroll at a
rider education or motorcycle safety course/drivers course and improve your
ability to ride first with the intention of attempting the video cone course
maneuvers once your riding skills improve to where you can do the maneuvers
safely. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

DVDs and cones may be returned to our post office/correspondence box for up to
15 days after the ship date if defective or not fully satisfied. A refund, less
the cost of shipping and handling will be issued.
